Hope House Meets with local Epsilon Sigma Alpha chapter.

Updated: Dec 8, 2021

Jennifer Hill, Hope House Board Co-president, had the pleasure of speaking with the ESA: Epsilon Sigma Alpha, the Alpha ETA chapter. ESA is a service organization pledged to develop philanthropic activities of volunteers, provide assistance to established programs that serve human needs, and produce new programs to improve the quality of life. They have a chapter right here in Cocke County.

Jennifer was given the opportunity to share Hope House's vision of healing the wounds of Cocke County through providing services for the homeless community and the network of Little Free Food Pantries currently serving Cocke County. ESA expressed a desire to help with Hope House's Craft/Food Truck Festival scheduled for Spring 2022 (more info to follow), if the dates don’t interfere with their National Convention. They also plan to collect food and toiletries to restock the Pantries. It was a very informative meeting and they all had excellent questions.

The Hope House of Cocke County is always looking for partners in our fight to end homelessness in our community. Want to help? Feel free to reach out and one of our Board members will be happy to come speak with your organization, please reach out at thehopehousecc@gmail.com!
